At Alamo Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
